The Jetty is in full working order and benefits from a PLA licence. The facility has a 15 tonne lifting capacity with dredging to 5.5m and 6m. The site will have its own private access which will run to the western part of the Iron Mountain building adjoining Norman Road, The access road will have a turning circle in the order of 25 metres. The site was previously used by National Power and therefore has proven capacity for large boats and has full Riperian Rights.
Built in 2009 and specially adapted for wheelchair access. It has many features for use by people with disabilities.
It would make an ideal fishing charter or dive boat with the USP of enabling disabled users and less able customers on charters. Has been chartered for filming, safety, ferrying, surveying and as a spectator platform.
Coded for 12 passengers and extremely large cockpit.
