UK Marine Hydrogen & Future Fuels Working Group

The UK’s only marine working group assisting with the acceleration of emission reduction within the maritime sector by promoting the use of hydrogen and future fuels. The group is a conduit to enable interested parties to work with governmental and regulatory bodies to shape the future of alternative fuels power sources for propulsion and within ports. The group enables partners to support others that wish to enter this market utilising the experiences gained from previous projects.

Stakeholders of the working group meet bi-monthly (hybrid and in person) and discuss a fixed agenda which includes topics such as, vessel design, power system design and engineering, vessel build, regulation, operations and training and infrastructure.
