Our e-learning development team develop e-learning specific to your organisations brand, audience, language, processes, procedure and standards requirements.

We can use, update, re-purpose existing learning content, adding video, simulation, gamification and 3D modelling to achieve engagement and impact.

We also offer Micro learning solutions, which provide learning to users in easily digestable bite-sized modules. And finally, once delivered, the content can be updated easily.

Accreditation of our MASS Professional Training Scheme provides independent verification of the comprehensive value and compliance of our learning solutions.

Our base at the purpose built National Oceanography Centre, provides our clients with access to excellent maritime operations learning facilities including Empress Dock; C-Worker Uncrewed

Surface vehicles; Engineering areas; Meeting and Conference facilities.

We’re proud to have been a Safety Award finalist in the 2022 Safety4Sea Awards; and winner of the Future Skills Award at the Maritime Solent UK Awards.
