Spinnaker's Maritime Leadership Development Programme has been designed to improve and enhance managerial skills within the industry.
This programme has been designed & developed with our partner t-three for emerging or existing managers who have had little or no formal management training.
The programme uses the personality profiling tool facet5 and is delivered as follows:
- Pre-programme personality profile and one-to-one feedback by telephone or skype
- Two-day intense workshop – London 31 March and 1 April 2020
- Follow-on coaching sessions every 6 weeks following the workshop by telephone or skype
Previous beneficiaries of the programme include: project engineers, fleet managers, HR professionals, IT specialists, charterers, operators, operations managers, superintendents and lawyers.
